FEBRUARY

Announcing
the
Launch
of
the
DiagKNOWsis
Doctor's
Report
Card
Patients
now
have
access
to a
useful
tool
which
will
help
them
provide
feedback
about
their
experiences
working
with
doctors
and
other
healthcare
providers.
The
DiagKNOWsis
Doctor's
Report
Card
was
developed
to
give
patients
a
voice
with
their
providers.
Whether
they
are
satisfied
--
even
pleased
--
with
the
care
they
have
received,
or
they
somehow
think
their
experience
could
have
been
improved,
patients
are
invited
to
use
the
report
card
to
let
their
providers
know.
Good
doctors
want
input.
They
understand
that
their
continued
good
work
depends
on
how
well
they
relate
and
communicate
with
their
patients.
It
is
important
for
patients
to
let
these
doctors
know
how
much
they
appreciate
the
good
care
they
have
received.
Other
doctors,
those
who
do
not
relate
or
communicate
as
well
with
patients,
need
fair
feedback,
whether
they
want
it
or
not.
Awareness
of
their
poor
communications
skills,
poor
patient
service
and/or
ineffective
treatment
may
be
their
first
step
toward
improvement.
Everyone
benefits
from
the
use
of
this
tool.
Patients
benefit
from
improved
methods
for
communicating
with
their
providers.
Providers
benefit
because
they
can
follow
up
on
constructive
criticism
to
improve
their
practices.
Use
of
the
DiagKNOWsis
Doctor's
Report
Card
is
free.
It
is
completely
confidential
since
no
information
is
collected
digitally.
It
can
be
accessed
and
used
by
patients
as
often
as
they
would
like
